Ingredients

peanut or almond butter

chia or flaxseeds

banana
handful
of spinach

cups
unsweetened nut milk
slivered almonds
for garnish
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except the almonds in a high-speed blender and blend until the desired consistency. Garnish with almonds
