Seriously So Good -Carissa Stanton

Those of you who have ever come over for a meal know that I LOVE to serve a great baked cheese recipe in a small cast iron skillet as a starter. I have a few go-to recipes that I love to serve alongside a charcuterie board. Ina Garten’s Baked Fontina and Gaby Dalkin’s Baked Feta are two of my favorites.

Well, I hit the jackpot when I picked up Carissa Stanton’s Seriously, So Good cookbook which introduced me to another great cooked cheese app. Her Panfried Brie with Pistachios and Rosemary Hot Honey has a few more steps than the ones I have mentioned above but it’s worth it. Creamy baked cheese encrusted with pistachios and panko is a real treat – one that your family and friends will love.
