Sweet Cream Slaw by Cuisine
Ingredients
Whisk Together:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
Pour Over:
- 3 cups cabbage finely shredded I use store bought coleslaw mix
- 2 cups Granny smith apples julienned
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley I use less
Instructions
- Whisk together cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Pour over cabbage mixture, tossing well to coat. Cover and chill.
