Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons chia or flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until the desired consistency. If you are using fresh strawberries, add a few ice cubes before blending to cool.
