
Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbalespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour into ziplock bag or shallow dish. Add the meat and marinade for 2 to 48 hours. The marinade can also be added to a frozen flank steak and stored back into the freezer until ready to use.When ready to cook pull the meat out of the marinade and discard the marinade.
