- 1-2 teaspoons apricot jam or honey
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 clove crushed fresh garlic
Garnishes
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 2-3 Fresno chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillet.
