- charcuterie board (20 x 13 - inch recommended)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hummus
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 10-12 orange cheddar cheese cracker cuts
- 10-12 white cheddar cheese cracker cuts
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese cubes
- 6 slices turkey meat, rolled
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 small bunch green grapes
- 1 small bunch red grapes
- 8-10 multigrain chips
- 12 pretzel chips
- 12 buttery round crackers
- 8-10 yogurt covered pretzels
- 1/2 apple thinly sliced
- 10 baby carrots
- 12-14 snow peas
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 8 dried apricots
- 16-18 raspberries
- 8-10 pickle chips
- 8 pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup trail mix with M&M's
- 1 cup popcorn
Instructions
- Start by putting the hummus, ranch dressing, and salsa in small bowls and place the bowls across the board.
- Arrange the orange cheddar cheese cracker cuts toward the top of the board, the white cheddar cracker cuts at the bottom of the board, and the Colby Jack cheese cubes in the middle. Place the turkey slice rolls and the pepperoni on the board.
- Arrange the green and red grapes, followed by the multigrain chips, pretzel chips, round crackers, and yogurt-covered pretzels in various locations across the board, fanning them around the serving bowls where ever possible.
- Arrange the apple slices, baby carrots, snow peas, cherry tomatoes, dried apricots, raspberries, pickle chips, and the green olives on the board in open spaces.
- Finish the board by adding the trail mix and the popcorn.
