Almond Butter and Raspberry Jam Smoothie

- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons organic almond butter
- 1-2 tablespoons chia or flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until the desired consistency. If you are using fresh raspberries, add a few ice cubes before blending to cool.
