I just love this recipe and have made it several times since the event – always turning out fantastic and now a tried-and-true favorite. This is best with seasonal peaches from your local farmer’s market which by the way are still available.
I have many pork and apple recipes and just love the sweetness the peaches add to this dish. Easy to make and very fresh and impressive – this is one to try for sure.
